It is suggested to keep 1mm joint for Dongpeng marble tiles.

Color Joint Filling Agent
In order to achieve overall "beautiful joint", please slect Dongpeng Dreamer's color joint filling agents.
Color may be light or dense due to the construction enviroment,water content and consturction method,please eletermine the color after comparing with the sample.

Clean And Maintenance
Powerfully resist crack and prnrtration:in rainy day,the cement joint between teh tiles may absorb water,and dirt cement may seep later,which may dirt the surface of tiles,however,Dreamer's color joint filling agent features outstanding adhesion and anti-seeping performance of the tiles.

Construction Method For Joint Filling Agent
Posttioniong with Cross:It can improve the constuction efficiency to position with cross,and make it convenient and fast to construct tiles,teh joints may appear regular and beautiful after construction,thus improving the overall effect.

Foundation Treatment:clean the barrel,slowly add into powder agent and constant stir till it forms crean without partiocles,the stir and use 5-10 minutes later.
Apply into mortar jont:evenly press the joint filling agent with scraper before it cures after applying mortar joint.
Cleaning:After joint filling agent cures,remove dirt from the tiles surface with wet sponge.Or remove stubbornd dirt which leaves after consturction with 3% HCL solution,and then immediately clean water for preventint acid since HCL may influence the color of mortar joint.

Flow Chart for the Construction of Joint Filling Agent


Press the prepared joint filling agent into the joint along the digonal direction with joint filling cutter,and then remove the surplus from the tiles surface.	Then remove the surplus from the tiles surface.

Evenly fill the agent with joint filling sceaper,make it naturally dry for 1.5-2 hours,thoroughly clean the tiles surface with wet sponge(orfabric).	After the joint filling agent is completely cured over 24 hours later ,if there's dirt ontiles,remove it whith water of tiles cleaning agent.
